This shirt was created in honor of the 75th anniversary of D-Day. D-Day is the day (June 6, 1944) in World War II on which Allied forces invaded Northern France by means of beach landings in Normandy. The Districts' year theme in 2019 was "Heart of a Hero; Remembering D-Day". 
 
The front of the shirt showcases the District logo on the left chest. The right sleeve has an American flag. and the back of the shirt states the 2019 theme and the year 1944 (the year that D-Day occurred).
